Dont know how to judge them really. i mean look at the 2011 riots that happened over here in the UK. It went on for four days and the police couldn't stop it.

The police are cool sometimes though, i remember end of school when all of our year got drunk on a massive field, the police came but didn't do anything lol, we were all underage drinking, and they just chilled with us, put handcuffs on people for fun lol, got in pictures with everyone, they let us drink until 11pm then they told everyone to go home or leave the feild and split up into smaller groups.
