What does it mean when my computer suddenly starts making a loud noise, the screen turns blue and there is alot of random numbers and letters and it says ''deleting files for crash dump'' and ''erasing harddrive for shutdown'' ?! it happened twice and both times I paniced and just unplugged it so it would shutdown immieditaly
