                  need help with ebay....just signed up have a paypal account as well, but it wont let me buy anything at all it just says that it cannot be completed at this time....ive only used 40 dollars so i have like 700 left on it, and there is no block on my card to purchase items online/overseas....can anyone help??

                    anybody heard that cowboy song that all of a sudden got big?? It's something like " I was born to be a cowboy or I wish i were a cowboy" I'm not sure of the name. But it's pretty famous this year. anybody?
