I really can't understand people why they say that Pac is the goat. Imo, his voice is boring, his lyrics might be good but his flow is not good. He's boring to me. All that Pac shit sucks so hard imo. There are much better rappers. I also dislike Biggie. I listened to their albums, they are not entertaining for me lol.
