Because it created a bad image of him, and in 09 he didn't do syrup anymore and was a little more down earth than when the footage was recorded, like Wayne said, he didn't want Nino Brown 3 to be released cause he wasn't like that anymore so he wanted Scoob too re do it burrrrr
