Talent shows - dreams or a nightmare?
"Many people wants to be famous, especially the young people. I’ve seen the talentshow X-Factor which is about singing and before the show started, they showed some clips of people that didn’t sing good enough to reach the stage in the program.
I honestly don’t think they should be allowed to show that on tv because they humiliate the people that can’t sing. Some of the people sing horrible and then, the judges are going to choice if the victim can make it, and some of the things the judges say is sometimes too personal or very mean, which makes the victims of the show cry because they talk so brutal to them.
The program exhibits the bad ones to whole Denmark and I feel sorry for them because they don’t know how bad they make people feel about them selves.
The people that enter these shows really hope they can make it, because it’s their dream to be a famous singer, and they want it so bad that they are willing to be humiliated in front of the whole country.

When they enter the show, they sign some papers that allows X-Factor to show it on tv, and I think that shouldn’t be not be legal, because it’s bad enough to crush someones dreams, but do it on national tv is not okay.
If you are talented enough to win, you will win some money and a recorddeal and thats it. I mean if you win the show you won’t get famous, the ones who won the shows for some years ago are not famous, we already forgot them and the music they make, is not played in the radio.

I remember a group of singers in X-factor because they sung horrible but they were fun to watch because they had a great charisma and a great delivery, and the choice was between them and 2 sisters that sung incredible good. The bad group of boys reached about in the middle of the show and I wonder why, because many fantstic singers got kicked out of the show instead of the bad ones.
The group was actually humiliating themselves everytime they were on the stage and I think somebody told them how bad they was and the show was just making fun of them, but they said they didn’t not care because all they wanted, was to be famous and seen.
You can’t really blame the show for that, but I’d rather say that it’s the parents fault, if their child was about to humiliate themself on national tv. I would tell my kids the truth about their talent if they ever considered to sign up for a TV program like that, because many of these humuliations are actually also the parents and the friends doesn’t tell the victim that he or she can’t sing, and thats also their responsibility take care of freinds or family members. "

mobile version is new, and it's really simple and lightweight so mobiles can load the site extra fast so I doubt it'll change much unless we make a iPhone app or some shit in the future lol
