I realized something today, like it hit me like a ton of bricks:

"Regardless of what I've ever been through with my ex, she's always been there for me. And I don't care what anybody has to say about it. We may have gone a few days or weeks without talking, but she's always there for me, as I am to her. And if anybody can't accept that, unfriend me. Because she isn't going anywhere."

Me either. My ex randomly hit me up Wednesday night and was like "hey can you come over, i wanna talk to you"

So i did after work thursday, and her mom and i talked, and we talked and it just felt right lol. And her mom was like "you're like a son to me Tyler, you've been in Lisa's life since you guys were sixteen, i hate to see you throw your life away. I promised your mom i would look after you, etc etc"
