im pretty sure its an effect in iPhoto


cuz he use to do it with lots of his photos and someone on twitter asked him how are you doing that with your photos and he replied like "macs are the best"


so obviously its on the mac, gotta be in iPhoto, but i dont know how to make the entire picture black and white and then color a certain area/areas different colors


i know i asked this before lol
