My Google chrome and opera don't open unless I right click it and choose "run as administrator" and even then they go slow and crash.

Then various things keep popping up like "windows update failed" and "pdf adobe reader has crashed" even though none of them are open. I tried uninstalling them and reinstalling but nothing, tried CCleaner to clean my computer and still nothing.

Any suggestion?

Is your user account an Administrator?
When Windows Update fails it will give you an error code which you can then google or find a MS knowledge base article about to fix that. You tried reinstallingthe applications?

Try running Chrome and Opera in safe mode (google on how to do that) if they work fine in safe mode then you know it's most likely a 3rd party plugin or app on the browser.

Last thing which may help you when googling for errors and how to resolve them is if you click start and type eventvwr in the search bar and hit enter. Go to the Windows Log > Applications link and scroll around looking for error logs, within these maybe more info for you to google the cause of crashes and other things.
