I put some cream on my hands which helps, if i use it regularly. Also my hands get only dry when it's cold, so last winter wasn't really a problem for me because it was quite warm here and this winter so far hasn't been cold either. It's really just only my hands (and my face a lil bit) that get dry

my forehead is the worst
i could itch it all day cause of the dryness
it feels so good but doesnt look good lol

I had a little girl staying with me but the state gave her back to her mother, even though she was terrified, begging and screaming she was scared and didn't want to get hurt again. Now I have no way of even knowing if she's ok or not.

I never realized how lonely I was until I wasn't. Now I'm back to pacing an empty house.

I started a new workout regime a month ago. I lost two kilos in four weeks.
