Does someone know this movie? I only remember a littlebit about it.

It's about a chinese guy (Tom) and a Vin Diesel type of guy. The Chinese guy's wife and child gets murdered in front of him, then he kills that 'ninja' and skins him + puts that skin on him & burns his own house. The Vin Diesel-type guy is trying to kill that 'ninja' that, he thinks, killed Tom. Tom pretends like he is that 'ninja' and he's gonna kill the 'ninja's boss and the entire gang. At the end, they're all dead etc etc, and then he meets that Vin Diesel-type guy. Then he sees that it's his Chinese friend because he looked like the 'ninja' but he had
Tom's eyes. Then he said something like; 'You are Tom', *A bad guy shows up*, and then Tom said; 'Tom is dead. I'm (title of the movie)'.

I saw the movie a few years ago and it's sick. So if someone recognizes it, please tell me the title.
