I don't get it at all.

You need to install a UxTheme patch before you can use Windows 7 themes bro. http://soft3.wmzhe.com/download/deep...r_20090409.zip - Safe link, don't worry.

When you download themes from DeviantArt or somewhere else, then put the theme folder and theme file in Windows > Ressources > Themes and apply.

Btw just search on Youtube, that's how i learned it
