Nah one tape is all instrumentals.... then the other is a collection of some of their songs no dj and shit, with a couple unreleased ones that arent gonna be used.

Well the tape is all the songs Wayne's made with Develop. So it's kinda illegal since Develop has songs on other Carter albums, for example Fireman.
But you know the deal with Wayne and free music

i see the dilemma. but most of the tape was just gonna be stuff that was never released in HQ. like unreleased tracks and stuff. i know he's talking about adding some C4 shit on there but idk how thats gonna affect the legality of things.
