In the beginning of Hip-Hop. New-York/East dominated. Smooth jazz-influenced emcees. Their general being Biggie. Later on the West Coast/California took over. G-Funk, N.W.A, and the late Tupac. Now we are in the era of the Dirty South. And Wayne holds the crown if you ask me, even those who claim T.I. does. So when will the Midwest reign?
