But unfortunately i personally think they have a cure , or are very close to having cure for cancer n H.I.V but people have to die in the world thats just life so they i think they wont make these cures available for the public because if we cure them the world will be over-populated

HIV and Cancer are not reasons why the world is not over populated lol.

Of course not but h.i.v related infections plays a big part in less economic developed countries you know and cancer kills approxiamtely 8 million people every year
