Of course not but h.i.v related infections plays a big part in less economic developed countries you know and cancer kills approxiamtely 8 million people every year

There is ~6.7 billion people in the world. 8 million dying from cancer (as terrible as it is) is roughly 1.2 percent. That really isn't a lot.
