This is personal opinion really. I would go with the Xbox360 is just a fact that their servers are more reliable than Sony's, because you have to pay for services based on any one day. Microsoft offers more features, and with their new elite a very reliable system. Choice for the Xbox game is much greater, because Microsoft purchase of any that they think will sell

XBox 360. Only own Masters Tiger 12 at the moment. Always just trade in the current game I own for a new release I like, always a Sports release, and that way (on a limited budget) I'm never really a) getting sick of any one title and b) forking out too much cash for games I won't play regularly.

Probably Madden 12 in July/August next?

If you don't have a blue ray player, and you own a very nice tv -> go with the ps3 Imho. ps3 is clearly better for overall entertainment but just for gaming, id go with xbox360. Xbox live is just fire and dude... HALO.
