  • Music in the UK.

I just wanna say that people in the UK might be pretty annoyed about this.

In the UK most people will listen to the music that is in th top 40, or that is played on the radio, most of the time it pisses me off either cos its shit or i just hate commercial music. And all us UK ppl listen to is American arisits and recently the American music is going to like dance n shit music, in the UK we had dance music wayy back, now American artists make these songs and thw hole of UK like em!?

Just wondering what the ppl in the UK think?

I'm Scottish and I agree in part with this, it's like the UK didn't know Dance Music existed until David Guetta told us lol.

I don't mind the influx of American tunes though as it just means more variety and I prefer the American Rnb/Hip-Hop/Rap scene anyways. I see your point completely though.

        Re: Music in the UK.

Most people in the UK just listen to whatever is charting. Just mainstream stuff. Boring as hell.

        Totally wrong section though lol

Why? We get US tunes here. Infact it's probably better, we get our home brew and the US in the charts, win win?

But honestly almost all of the urban music coming from the UK is trash. IMO anyway. Like, the big ones that have hit songs are just complete sellouts and are whack.
