    Did Lil Wayne start calling himself Weezy Baby after Jay-Z made Hovi baby in 2002? I know was highly influenced by Jay around that time.

    Naw, I'm pretty sure he waz doin' dat be4 year 2000. I think tha baby mostly comes from Stunners real name. In respect 4 Birdman, I think he wanted 2 share a similar name.

        Dunno when the SQAD mixtapes came out, but he's been calling himself Weezy Baby there too.

          He never called himself Weezy Baby 'til about '02 when he S. Q. tapes came out .

          I don't think he did it because of Jay tho .
