There aren't any other options except other programs that do the same, but you definitely need a program downloaded

            Re: iTunes Help?

            Do this.

            1. Plug your iPod in and wait for the computer to recognize it.

            2. Open up 'My Computer' and under 'Devices With Removable Storage', double click and open apple iPod.

            3. Click on 'Tools' at the top of the window and drag down to 'Folder Options'.

            4. Under the 'View' tab, find the subfolder called 'Hidden files and folders'.

            5. Select the option 'Show hidden files and folders'.

            6. Click 'OK'.

            7. Double click on the newly shown 'iPod_Control' folder and open up the folder called 'Music'.

            8. Once your in that folder you'll see some folders named F01,F02 etc.

            9. Go into each of the folders selcet all music files and play all.

            10. Once they open in your iTunes library they will be correctly labeled with all the artwork as shown on your iPod.

            11. Make sure in your iTunes you have selected 'Copy files to iTunes Media folder when adding to library'.

If you have not done that you can do so like this

Open iTunes > Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Tick box that says Copy files to iTunes Media folder when adding to library.

            It worked perfectly for me.

This fucked my iPod and my friends iPods up, so none of use could use em anymore. It said it needed to be transformatted or some shit and after that you couldn't put anything on it anymore.
