This is what i got from the video.

1. He look like he just woke up and they ran in his house just yelling search warrant and police. They did not knock on the door they just ran in. He is a human if someone run into yo spot and it scares you, then you are going to pick up an object.

2. The fucking police got guns and he got a golf club at best maybe a bat. So he can do them no damage from that distance.

3. Instead of the cop being all trigger happy he should have said put down the weapon or something. And it aint like he could have hit them from the hallway with a damn golf club or whatever it is. So he was not a threat.

4. After the police bitch shots him with a gun, not once but three times he yells "get down" multiple times when he know good and well that man is died or dying.

5. He is inside a building and it might have been hard to make out that they are saying "police search warrant" all he might have heard is people yelling. Plus if in a bad neighborhood it might not be uncommon for people to get robbed so he stood in the hallway.

6. The police could have handled that in a more effective way then they did they could have used a number of other weapon like: pepper spray, tranquilizer gun, smoke gas, tear gas, and the list goes on.

7. And to comment on your smart reply about where people leave drugs. I know that but don't you think that was handled wrong? Do you think it was ok for them to kill this guy?

So there are a number of faults the police made and I still think and know that they were wrong for killing that man no matter if they had a warrant or was yelling or etc. That was complete bullshit and I hope the man that shot that gun regrets it for the rest of this life.
