Select the song that you wish to change and right click, select [get info], a box will appear. Click on the tab labeled artwork. There will be a button that says add, use this to select the photo that you want From you computer. Then just delete the one you don't want.

right click on the song, click Show Info, Click Picture, then choose a picture and click ok
