How do you rip audio from video?

The interview(ustream video) I have freezes but the audio plays all the way through, so is there someone that can either pull the audio out of the interview for me? Or tell me how to do it? Thanks!

If u have firefox u can download the add-on "DownloadHelper"

Ok part 2: LOL, so I got the videos offline, now Im trying to convert the flv files to MP3. This Something-Rip program sucked that I tried using, program suggestion?

If theres any interview, most likely it will be on youtube yer? an doing so you want the audio. so go to google type in 'video2mp3' then paste your youtube link inside the video2mp3's site. click download, wait, pass the adds n shit. when you get to the download link right click it, 'save target as' is what you wanna click.. then once doin that save the audio from any utube vid.. to your desktop etc.
