YouTube Help! how do I Get old channel design?!

I made a new YouTube Account cuz the one I made in 2008 was Fucked up, but now when I made the new account its new channel design! and I don't understand the new channel design, so How Do I Get The Old Channel Design Back?

I tried to click on ''Revert! I want my old channel back'' but it didn't work... What do I do? Please Help!
