You need to have some experience with RPGs and be somewhat interested in them to appreciate OBLIVION. But yeah, have 200+ hours logged on one of my characters.

im am really quite into RPGs... to be fair the one time ive played it was like 2 years ago (if it was out then).

Ahh, I see. Honestly, I suggest you give it another shot if you have some spare time on your hands. I didn't think it'd be any different than any other RPG I played at the time, but I got hooked. I also really admired the visuals at the time; the water effects were perfect.

Amazing at the time, and while one of my fave games of all time, has aged pretty badly IMO, what was stunning back then is either standard now or succeeded with something better.

Plus there was nowhere near enough people in the big cities, Imperial City especially.

However, it truly is something special, broke a lot of boundaries at the time and the interactivity really is superb. Skyim looks like it's gonna top it times 10 tho.

You have to appreciate the little things about it. Not one character was the same (other than guards or enemies part of cults). Again, the water effects were amazing. I don't know, it may just be me, but this game is in my top ten.

I got hooked to that game, Couldnt put the pad down lol But yeah Skyrim looks 10x better (If thats possible). I will be coppin it most def
