Old School's verses and overall lyrics were way better.
But I like today's beats and flows more.

Re: Old School Rap VS New School Rap

I must admit, Old School hip-hop has this special "vibe" that no other music can compare to. For example, I like Nas' Illmatic album, but still, I'm not that into Biggie's or Dr. Dre's debut albums, even tho I must admit there special.

So, some old school shit I like, and some I don't. I'm more into like, the early 2000s hip-hop music if I should choose some old school.

Re: Old School Rap VS New School Rap

Old School rap was 100x better than any new school rapper. You think back in the day Soulja, Gucci, Lil B, etc. would've made it? Hell no.

Re: Old School Rap VS New School Rap

I prefer new school rap cause I listen to it more, but I love old skool rap (sometimes it gets boring tought, but not often)

Shit, you can't say that music that is circa 1999 is completely boring. You just didn't look hard enough or you have a very feeble mind and have got bad tastes if that's so. Also means you probably didn't start listenin to rap but 4 or 5 years ago, which certifies your age. Could be a cultural thing, too. I don't know. That Infamous Mobb Deep was some of the rawest shit to be heard. If you can't listen to some chill, ridin music, man, somethin's wrong with you.
