The next iPhone is gonna drop in june/sep, and in some articles it's been hinted that Apple has several prototypes.
A total re-design of the the Iphone that would be called "5" that should look like new iPad.
But there also have a prototype that has the same design as current iPhone 4 just with modifications (4S)
