How do you organize your iTunes? Show with screenshots or explain.

The reason why i ask because mine is kinda fucked up now and i really want all my Wayne music in just one category, instead of having "mixed YM" "Best songs" and shit lol.

What do you do with songs not on albums? songs like Young Jeezy ft. Lil Wayne - Ballin ... Where do you put them?

I simply have all mine under artist, and album. For the songs that I don't know which album they're on I just put "Single" under album name that way they're all under the same group.I have 1700 songs and I can easily find any.

i have organized it in "lil wayne album tracks"
"lil wayne features"
"lil wayne official mixtape tracks" and "lil wayne unofficialmixtape tracks"
works pretty good


and for other music from other artis i just did it like sparky

Well I Got A Lil Wayne Folder (Obviously)

And I Sort It Out By:

Albums.
Mixtapes.
Unofficial Mixtapes.

I Got My Favorite Wayne Songs At The Top Of The List & I Put The Albums/Mixtapes In Chronological Order.

I Then Sort The Solo Songs Out In Terms Of Length... E.G:

Let The Beat Build
Got Money
Lollipop
A Milli

Then The Featured Artists In Alphabetic Order... E.G:

Lil Wayne Featuring. Jay-Z
Lil Wayne Featuring. Juelz Santana
Lil Wayne Featuring. Robin Thicke

Then I Use The Same Composer In The Same Album... E.G:

Tha Carter III: Cool & Dre
Tha Carter II: Deezle
Tha Carter I: Mannie Fresh

Then All Same Catagory; Same Rating, All Tracks Orders O-O.

It's just songs like Green & Yellow and Fire Flame (Remix) i don't know where to put Any suggestions?

'Random songs' get the song title + "- Single" as the album title.


If I buy the song/album/mixtape thru iTunes, I leave the Composer field as it is, if I download it somewhere else, I usually put 'Produced By xxxx' in the composer field.

Genre's - I usually keep them clean. No 'Hip-Hop/Rap, Hip-Hop' shit. Just straight 'Hip-Hop'. Unofficial Mixtapes get 'Unofficial Mixtapes' as a genre, officials get 'Official Mixtape'.
