So i need a lil help. Was a hardcore Gears of war fan, used to play it all the time(was my main game until GoW2).Then i got Gears of war 2 , the story was incredible , multiplayer was decent diff from GoW but still good, after say 6/7 months , because literally all of my school had a Ps3 instead of xbox, i eventually got one for a birthday , switched to CoD . After all that time i only went back to play GoW a few times ,the fact my gold membership was pointless nd me having a Ps3 let that happen. But after not playing any games for the past 6/7 months cuz of a-levels(education) , getting older etc, i wanna know wether GoW3 is good enough for me to buy a gold membership and the game,thoughts?

i have a biased opinion so YES. Gears 3 is Gears 2 and 1 merged imo..except gears 1 was pretty much a game changer in the gaming industry for graphics and shit for its time. Gears 3 is dope though, get the dlc and u never ever have lag, sick game...but like I said I play it daily so my view is biased.

ya its really too easy to get a good score in 3, 2 has a much more rewarding multiplayer

Loool, tbh Gears of war is my favourite franchise of gaming so ima just go n buy it and rediscover it all over again, i was just concerned that it could be a 'over worked' gears of war 2 with annoying elements etc like a mw2- Mw3,but yh its Gears i guess i have to buy it especially after all this time, appreciate the help g!
