    mostly 50 cent songs aha, but i do have some metal in there too, only time i listen to it aha it gets me in the zone

          Workouts consist Monday thru Friday. Mon-Wednesday-Friday are broken down into specific muscle groups, while Tuesday-Thursday are cardio and leg training days.

              depends....do you do weight train everyday or do you have off days??

              if you have off days its better if you do it than, if you dont though i wudnt suggest doing one after the other, maybe do cardio in the morning weight training at night....or the opposite way around

                Just got a free heavy bag today and I'ma get a speed bag and use them as some cardio. WOuld you consider hitting the bags good for cardio?

                    While working out, dont take to many breaks. Keep your heart rate up. then jump right into cardio.

                          yes sir I have it myself my friends at school keep thinking I have weight training cause it's really showing!! But all I do is workout at home for now until next school year.. i'ma go hard!!!!
