    • Gaining weight is fun. Haven't done anything else except muscle training for a long time. Playing soccer still keeps me on shape.

      • I'm turning into a chubby cunt! Badly need to start working out again. Don't really wanna pay to go gym so probs gonna start going football every week again and then just get some weights and do some stuff at home everynight. Prob try run a couple of times a week as well. Gotta try get in shape.

        • Sprained my ankle pretty bad last night playing recreation basketball, it sucks because I wanna go to the gym but it's hard to walk. I might just say fuck it and go, I'm only gonna do upper body

          • I do exercise 1hr daily at home, i don't go out in gym, i use dumbells and pipe on that i do exercise. i got good body and good muscles, but my weight is not going up that much,i mean i was so thin and now my weight increased something around 5kgs=11 something pound but not that much that i want so do you guys have any tips about eating and about exercise and routine or something.

              eat alot of protein....or meat in case you didnt know

                  A nigga should work out during all seasons, not just close to summer, so a nigga won't struggle so much during summer. But that's just what a nigga thinks.

                  • Sent my mom to buy protein powder and of course she brought carbohydrate but I'm going to buy protein also and use both of them. Isn't carbohydrate also good to eat before like soccer trainings or just before work out?

                        • Lost 3 lbs this week, I've been eating healthier dinners, cut out junk food and I'm doing cardio twice a week at the gym instead of just muscle training.
