Anybody tried Craze? It gives me liike 50% better workout. Only bad thing is that it makes me unhungry
i personally dont take preworkout anymore, just because i became too dependent on it to go to the gym, i felt unmotivated if i didnt take it, but from what ive read its a great supplement
I prefer leggings/jogging pants when i work out, my yoga pants are to small
And i don't like running, i just do some yoga and i do some exercises for my muscles. And i also dance a few times in a week..

Well first of all I don't take any supplements, even though I might buy some protein soon. But usually for breakfast I'll have some egg whites with whole grain bread and some fruit or a bowl of Kashi cereal with fat free milk, and the rest of my meals will consist of maybe some grilled chicken, turkey burgers, peanut butter, steak, etc. Then Ill snack on some fruit, nuts, or I like the Belvida whole grain crackers. And all I drink is water and green tea or chocolate milk
Aye bro you should keep the egg yolks, thats where all the nutrients are.
