        • Ive been gymming since January and i gained 15kg since then. Working out is 30% of gains. The other 70% is what you eat and a bit of genetics. Since i started i go
          6 days a week, eat 2x porridge bowls and 3 eggs for breakfast, some gud as rice with meat and some stir fried veges, 5 potatos for lunch at school (best gains but i look random
          as fuk eating potatoes out of a bowl at lunchtime) and overall
          just go hard as fuk at the gym. You gotta change your mindset and keep
          in mind that pain=gain. Flex fast, extend slowly.

                  You're probably skinny (same as me) lift only heavy weights doesnt matter if you can do it only 3 times but repeat it atleast 4 times because if you gonna lift normal weights you will shrink cuz you dont have enough body fat, and workout only every second day because your muscles grow while you sleep and its not very good to workout every day.

                  And buy some weight gainer use it in the morning after training and sometimes before you go to sleep and eat more times a day.

                      it's not always the most effective method to go every day especially if you train the same muscle parts
                      ( i obv don't know how you train tho)
                      warm yourself up for like 5-10 minutes, that's enough

                      if u wanna do jogging beyond warming up yourself, always do it after lifting weights
                      and yeah.. eat good (can't tell u on what to pay attention since I don't know the words for all the shit like carbohydrates and stuff)

                          Yeah, therefor usually people who are overweight lift normall weights more times because they want to burn fat, but if youre skinny and are lifting weights that arent challenging for you, you will burn the minimum fat you have on your body so you will basically shrink and be even more skinny.
