    Yoooo congrats bro ive lost a total of 45 pounds since last year! Just got a call from the doc saying I wiped out my blood pressure and high cholesterol

        just count your calories, not that hard to do, there are online calculators that can help determine your caloric intake needed to lose weight, i'm currently cutting right now, in 3 months ive lost 20 pounds, when you lose weight too and still want to lose it, you can't take in as much food as you had been before, could be why you've hit a wall

        • Been doing the Insanity workout for 3 weeks with some running on the side, and suddenly got knee injuries for pushing too much. Then I got a deep wound under my food (great placement). That's a fucking bummer. Been doing some 30 kms cycling instead for a few days and now when my injuries are gone, I'm so fucking far back... Have to start maybe at least a week back I got totally out of shape.

            Nice job bro..But honestly just watch your calories tbh. Two summers ago i wanted to lose weight so i ate 1600 calories a day (sucked) and dropped 45 pounds in 4 months, no cardio or anything extra (wasnt doing weights at the time). Its hard to stick to but if you do it you will get the results you want. Although eating healthy will help with the calorie situation honestly you can eat whatever you want as long as you're not going over your calorie limit.

              try and lift 3 to 4 times a week, crossfit once or twice a week.

              muay thai twice a week,

              jiu jitsu 4 time a week..

              6'0... bout 170.


              still trying get super hardbody tho. that muscle dense physique..

                thanks bro, i think imma go with this if and start doing cardio atleast for a month to get my waterweigjt down and then start to loose actual weight and start dropping my bodyfat by tracking calories.

                  Still far from my goals though. Also want to reduce my body fat so my veins will be more visible.

                  Any other people on here that do a lot of fitness?

                      you will not get big unless u eat big

                      u need atleast 1.5g if not 2g of protein per pound.

                      if u weigh 170, u need to consume atleast 255 g of protein a day.

                      get protein powder.

                      the one im taking right now. its 50g of protein for 2 scoops, i take 2 scoops breakfast, lunch, dinner.
                      thats already 150g of protein from the powder alone,
                      the rest will have to come from your meals,
                      eggs, fish, chicken, nuts, peanut butter ,
