        I train 3/4 days a week

        First day: Biceps and back
        Second day: Triceps and chest
        Third day: Legs and shoulders
        Fourth day: abs and cardio (sometimes I spread those over the three days)

                Thanks man.

                Well I have a good eating schedule and I train my chest big time but you don't really see that on this pic, if I would meet you i nreal life it'd be different. Also, I'm just came home from the gym on this pic and was flexing my arm so it looks bigger than it would if I would just walk past u. It's not like my body is out of propertion!

                  • Ok I am on bulking cycle atm. Wondering what you guys thoughts on calories is? I'm 6 foot, 160 pounds working out 4 days a week on a 2 day split, Shoulders Chest then Back Biceps. My legs are already big from cardio (which i've cut out to add some weight). I'm shooting for 2500 cals but haven't been gaining.. any advice? Eating more just makes me sick

                        I'm 5 foot 3 and 100 pounds, I do IMMENSE cardio. i drink esnure plus, my advice to you would be to try that

                          lol you're skipping leg day.....but anyway use a calorie calculator online to determine how many you need first off

                          secondly eating more does make you feel a bit bad, but your stomach adjusts to it....last year I did a bulk 4000 calories a day, first week or 2 I could barely finish the food, still felt full when I woke up and never thought I'd be able to keep going, your body will adjust though, by the end of the bulk I would wake up starving every morning...If you honestly can't fathom it though, buy a weight gainer like mutant-mass at GNC or wherever you go, 1000 calories in a shake, but be prepared for massive protein farts/shits
