            game and tyga probably. Creatine is a good suppliment, more researched than protein powder. I loved it when I took it for a while

                But you still have the gains from it? The Game maybe is taking, he has good genetics. I can also say Nelly and 50. Ace Hood is ripped with muscles but I dont think he takes

                  nah i went thru a time where i stopped lifting after fball, i didn't feel like i had those gains anymore then got back at it in summer and was bigger than when i was during season

                    Oh I understand. For you the best way to build a good body is with working out and maybe taking a protein? Or creatine too?

                      Did you take creatine alone or together with something ?

                      Got creatine monohydrate right now, but it tastes really bad with just water like sand and I also heard that your muscles grow faster and that its better for your body when you take it with protein or a weight gainer but idk if its true

                        Nah just 5mg a day with water, it doesn't really disolve but mine didn't taste of anything at all tbf. Takes a few weeks to really kick in thou

                        I took protein powder after sometimes. I was on it for about 4-5 months, muscles looked swol and bigger, I was able to push my reps a bit harder and generally it gave me energy for working out. Really good stuff
