      I do this for myself. I swear that was the best decision i've ever made
      it boosted my ego like crazy and girls are all up on me which was rare just a year ago.

      And besides Im going to be a carpenter, doing that i will need some muscle.

                        • I go for morning walk and gym in the evening. For taking care of my health and fitness, I do a balanced workout of cardio and resistance training. Furthermore, I also do fascia yoga. This yoga is different from other types of yogas and meditation. It mainly deals with the fascia i.e connective tissues around your body.
