    i swear they puttin shit in kids foods' these days to make them a fuckin giant.

    i know kids who are like 16 years old, weigh like 150 all muscle and are like 6'3.

    I'm fuckin 5'6, 110 pounds, and 20 in August.

        lol I honestly like being skinny never really wanted to be super muscular and tall although when your out of high school woman seemed to taller muscular men more. I gained 10 pounds in 6 months now that's wassup.

            Im 18 and im 6'0 and about 205 lbs, mainly muscle. Ive been working out for about 2 1/2 years now, I used to be fat as hell, almost 240 lbs, then thats when I relazied I had to make a change,

              I got to the gyms 5 days, take 1 off. I do everything, Bis Tris, chest, shoulders/back, legs. Abs and cardio everyday. I take Jack3d for my pre-workout and 100% whey for my post workout. I take opti men with my meals

                  The only work out I get is from Running Track, which can benefit in so many ways, Basketball, and Football... I went to the Gym a couple of times, planning on going more this summer. Oh yeah and reading is mental exercise for the brain, everything is all in your head, so it's good to exercise that.

                    AHAHAHAHA That first line made me lol. Anyways. I'm 5'11 and weigh 160. I don't work out or eat healthy, but everybody has a six pack and only need to shed off excess body fat to see it. I'm about to cut off fast food from my diet and have my shit on baby oil.

                      5'9 3/4 - dunno what I weigh or w/e but I'm a regular gym goer and try eat healthy. Six pack and toned, hardly Schwarzenegger though lol.
