I got the go ahead to go through with something I use to do on my old forum, so here goes:

To establish a better knowledge of each other, we will be conducting member interviews every couple weeks or so. I'll interview whoever gets voted for the most and then post their interview in a thread, where people can see their questions answered. If something like this was implemented, which member would you like to see interviewed? Please post one member besides yourself that you nominate to be interviewed first. After I get five nominations I will close entries, and we will vote on them from there. Appreciate any input that is made.

Shouldn't you pick the member first then people post questions cuz then they'll be more relevant to that individual or something people want to find out about that specific member that has been chosen that week/month for there interview?

Have a interviews sub-topic and a seperate thread for members who dont mind being interviewed. then if anyone has any questions to find out more aboutthem, they can ask in that thred.. :/ sounds shit now i read it over but o well

True, cause if, say, it was a interview for rappers, you wouldnt have the same questions for all of them. You would change them depending on who you are interviewing
