Oh, at the cemetary at the end of stan the video i think its his girl and the son though at stans grave right?

The track is totally different from Stan but only uses the same concept.
The reason for mentioning Stan is to pay homage to Eminem and he also says it, not because Anne is related to Stan, but because he does not want Anne to end up like Stan because everyone knows who Stan is cause its such a great song. So he is saying he dont want Anne to end up like Stan.

lol its not the official title . Some dumb shit who leaked it titled it that. if you look at karen civil's post , she's referring to it as just "Dear Anne" .
