So here's the deal....I bought the new xbox a couple weeks ago for 400 bucks...but my buddy wants me to sell me his new one for 300. I still have the receipt....can I take it back even though I played it for a couple weeks?

depends what country you in...
but i dont think you can if there is nothing wrong with it...you can only get a refund if it found to be faulty..

You would have to put it in its box and whatnot but they may take it, tape it up as well.

If you got it from gamestop, ebgames or something like that then you have a 30 day warranty to get your refund or exchange it for something of equal value. I'm sure places like target and other retail stores similar will do the same thing.
