Whoever voted yes is ignorant to the American judicial system, just because you believe she did it doesn't mean it's correct to deem someone guilty when there is not enough evidence to prove it.
For the record, i think she did kill her daughter, whether on purpose or accident, she was responsible, but then again it is my OPINION.
There was NO evidence pinning this on Casey, so how and WHY should she be convicted for murder?

but the evidence wasn't there, not enough to prove a murder 1 verdict at least, maybe child neglect or even manslaughter
but the everything was done wrong, they could have easily put Casey away for life if they did it right from the start during the autopsy, but because they didn't have any concrete evidence to pin Casey to a murder 1 verdict without any reasonable doubt, she got off.
