I think the bitch is guilty but they tried her for capital murder without any "slam dunk" evidence. Sure, she didn't report her daughter missing, she asked for a shovel 2 days after this all took place, and was out partying in no time. But that's not serious evidence to convict some one of the charges that were brought against her. The body of poor little Caylee was decomposed by the time they found her which ruined any chance for DNA or scientific evidence. I don't think the judicial system failed. I just think that the people didn't get the verdict they wanted. I know I didn't. I want to see her rot in jail. But from the beginning of this trial, with all the "evidence" that was brought the table I couldn't see the Jury convicting her on that alone.

Even though she may have done this, its not our job to determine proper punishment on another human, I think thats the role of a higher power's decision and she'll get hers if she did it.. worse than anything that we could imagine, worse than death.
