My friends think that the divison yu are in for high school sports goes by how good yur team is and im trying to tell them its based off of school size so wht is the real answer?

It is calculated by how many students go to your school. I remember one football season we went over the 1A cap by 3 students and jumped up to 2B and got fucking murdered.
