Nah man.. I think you'll be able to understand the movie

There are some references to the old movies and some flashbacks that will make it easier for you

Let's put it like this.If you see it without the other 2, you would get a great movie but imo there is some flashbacks and references that would be good to know about. So either way you'll enjoy it. But IF you choose just to see one before, then watch Batman Begins. That's the one who you have to know the most about.
