iPhone/iTunes help

My old computer with my iTunes library crashed and is no longer functionable. Now when I go to sync music to my iPhone on my new computer- it says it can only be synced with 1 iTunes library at a time. So does that mean that in order to sync new music to my iPhone, I must delete everything and start over using the new iTunes??

Is there a way around this?

Try clicking authorize this computer when its plugged in and see what happens
