lol you don't need to learn how to MOD mate, you just need the none steam version of the game on PC, make sure it's not updated any higher than version 1.0.4.0 and away you go, just download the MODs from online and apply them to the game and when you start up you can use them as instructed, certain keys let you do certain things. For example one that is very fun, there is a superman MOD where you can look like superman in the suit and fly about and everything really cool lol. So many different MODs out there! GTA IV engine is so powerful.

Can't wait for this, the GTAs have always been my favorite games. Be cool if they went back to Vice City for this one, loved that one lol.

The video wasn't GTA V, it was GTA IV running some mods.

As long as you don't have the steam version of the game, you can find and install a lot of mods:

Steam is a platform for PC made my Value, it's online distribution for games, so instead of buying games in stores, you can just buy/download/install from steam. It's nice as fuuuck. But for some reason, mods don't work on the steam version, I forget why.
