Is Amazon.co.uk Safe?

I'm in the UK and I want to order Beats By Dre Studios from amazon.co.uk.
And I'm asking if its safe to order from amazon.co.uk?

I ordered Carter 3 (2 Disc Edition) yesterday and I'm looking forward of buying the Deluxe Edition of C4 when its available on amazon.co.uk

I mean there are customers on amazon that sell their items which are cheaper of course but not safe at all.

I'm talking about buying from amazon itself when it says:
"Dispatched from and sold by Amazon.co.uk"..
is that safe? not from a customer but amazon itself right?
I'm a bit confused because some friend said that he knows people who bought Dre Beats from amazon and they turned out to be fake?? i asked him was it written dispatched and sold from amazon, he's like yes..

so does anyone whats right? I know amazon will refund all your money back, but I don't have time, I need to order by tomorrow. Either on amazon or at a store (hmv, bestbuy etc..)

btw, its originally 280 euros in most of the shops (like best buy) but amazon has it for 196 euros that 30% cheaper, HMV had the same price on their website a couple of days ago but now its back up to 245 euros.. and is the warranty 1 year for all stores, or does bestbuy have it for three cause of higher pricing?

or course its legit, its just like eBay, people sell fake stuff on there, you just gotta be careful

Yeah still be careful. If you're not buying DIRECT from Amazon themselves then check the 3rd party sellers feedback to see if anyone has given them bad feedback for fakes etc. If they have good feedback and lots of good feedback then you're pretty much safe to go. But yeah becareful still.

Be careful, especially with bets. But you are good, amazon is an official reseller. check the beatsbydre site for official resellers if you want to buy them somewhere else.
