Apparently there's only one cough syrup that contains promethazine and codeine (generic). I don't know how much possible it is to get prescribed with that exact cough syrup in US but I've never been prescribed with it (and I had a bad cough where I wasn't able to sleep at night because of it)

go to the drug spot try and ask around for some liquid codien or syrup buy it put it in a cup put some sprite in it and drink till you cant drink no more or get sick go to the doctor tell them u cant sleep u keep on coughfing all that good stuff and they should give it to u

sizzurp is typically a mixture of either alchohol or soda, mixed with cough syrup and a very powerful prescription codeine that you need to get at a pharmacist...but tbh dont do syrup its nasty garbage thats just gonna make you feel like shit

Prescription grade cough syrup, most important ingredient. MUST CONTAIN *Promethazine AND *Codeine.

Get a bottle of Sprite (best way to mix)

Poor approximately 2-8 oz. of your special syrup into a Styrofoam cup, you can find em' at your local liquor store.
Or (What i do) pour the bottle into a 2 litre till its full, turn it upside down and swirl to mix

Mix thoroughly and add a Jolly Rancher or two if you like.

Sit back and enjoy.

Dont abuse, or use when youre real tied.

Youll die.

Only way to know someone who boost the stuff or has a prescription. I'll help you out though here

1 1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
Mix brown sugar, water, butter and salt in saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in maple flavoring. Serve warm.
