How can I change my voice?

I hate my voice, its too high pitched, if I start sippin syrup, like weezy, will i get a deeper raspier voice.

My cousin had a very high voice last year, but he been smoking so when I saw him this year he had a very deep voice.
So yeah smoking will deep ur voice.

ive been smokin both cigs and weed for awhile now and my voice hasnt changed deeper i think thats a false thing to say... only time my voice is real deep and raspy is when i wake up or when im real high.
